With the tevitel.Waiting queue monitor you have anytime the overview of your call flow and
can respond quickly when customers must wait too long or because of waiting time to end
the call prematurely.
The tevitel.Waiting queue monitor works as a Windows application on each workstation in
the network and remotely via WAN. The tool displays the current utilization of the queue,
the average waiting time, and the number of calls prematurely terminated, and the mean
waiting time before hanging up.
If you run more than one queue, you can individually adjust the number of and which
queues are to be displayed.
Too long treatment times are fast grasped by the Configureable traffic light circuit.
